Barcelona-City-Guide
This City has a special-place in my heart, since this was the first-city that I traveled to Barcelona all-by-myself, and it was the first time that I travelled by plane. For some reason it was a bit spontaneous, but I was there for a soccer-game and of course seeing the city for the first-time. I was very excited and for sure a unprepared-unexperienced traveler. During that time I was a student and didn’t know anything about preparing your travel and all that stuff. I’m definitely want to visit this city-again in the near-future. Because there is still a lot of cool spots, to discover.
Places to visit.
Now the Montjuic is a famous-place to visit in Barcelona, 173 meters high located in The South of Barcelona. It’s a very high-hill and especially in the Spring/Summer a very crowded place. A lot of tourist visit this place, when they are visiting the Catalan-Capital. On this high-hill of 173 meters. There is a castle located. 18 old-century defence building.
EL-Carmel-Barcelona.
There are a lot of beautiful places to see in Barcelona, and my favourite place is: El Carmel-Bunkers in Barcelona. It’s exactly a neighbourhood in Barcelona, where the Bunkers-El Carmel are giving you 360 degrees views over the city. During the Mornings and late afternoons, tourist en local people are enjoying the views over the city. So I recommend to be on time if you want to secure a great spot for your own views and taking pictures-videos, because it’s worth it 🙂
Passeig de Garcia.
If you are into-shopping, and hopefully you are. Passeig de Garcia is the place to be in Barcelona. It’s a very long street that connects plaza Catalunya with de Neighbourhood Gracia. A lot of brands like: Armani, Louis Vuitton, Gucci are having there stores located at this street. It’s the most expensive street in Barcelona. When it comes to renting a apartment or buying a house.
Plaza Catalunya.
This fountain is symbol of plaza Catalunya. A very crowded place in the heart of Barcelona. Metro’s, Bus, And Taxi’s are all coming together at this place. It’s also the start-point for your trip back to El-Prat-Barcelona. The airport of Barcelona. From the heart of Barcelona you walk straight to: Barceloneta ( beach of Barcelona ) Passeig de Garcia, La Rambla and so on. It’s always a very crowded place, So take good care of your stuff because it’s easy to get robbed in this crowded city-centre of Barcelona.

Where to stay?
I visit Barcelona a couple of times and the most enjoyable stay that I had, was Hotel-4 in Barcelona, it’s a very good-hotel with amazing rooms, and very close to the beach. The rooms are spacious, they have amazing breakfast-menu, not to forget about the friendly staff.
